We currently ship within South Africa only.

Because some of our products are heavier, bulkier or more delicate than standard small-parcel items, shipping costs may vary depending on parcel size, weight and delivery location.

We will make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website, but delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, remote locations, stock availability or events outside our control.

Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Items

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Products must generally be returned unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all parts, accessories, manuals and components included.

For DIY kits, mechanical models, puzzles and products with multiple components, we cannot accept returns where parts have been assembled, used, damaged, altered, removed or lost, unless the item was defective on arrival.

We reserve the right to inspect any returned product before approving a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit.

Some products sold by The Curious Mind require assembly, patience, careful handling and attention to instructions.
